She is survived by: her son Russell A. Simpson, Jr. (Lynn Blue Simpson) of Huntsville; her sister Irja Wuestnick (Earl) of Linden, MI; her grandchildren, Stacy Patterson Carlone, Kelly Patterson Trahan, Audra Yokley Hamel, Taylor Yokley, Caitlin Simpson and Ryan Simpson; and her great grandchildren, Zoe Trahan and Catherine Hamel. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
