It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Dwayne Meeks Sr. of Grant, Alabama, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Meeks (Shirley); and his brother Terry Meeks. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Smith (Mitchell), Tiffany Meckling (Ricky), Brittany Sobieck (Matthew), Samantha Wilemon and Jerry Meeks, Jr.; his mother Rebecca Reese; and his siblings, Angie Lang (Henry), Mitsy Neal, Roxanne Schrum, Sonya, Trey Bales and Kevin Reese. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
