He is survived by: his significant other Ann Baldwin; his children, Annette Holder, LaDonna Cuzzort (Brian), Kathy Sautter (Rick), Brian Holder (Kendra) and Kevin Baldwin (Michele); and his sister Jewel Patterson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
