He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Porter Black; and his siblings, Jimmy Black, Eddie Saint, Al Bridges, Jeff and Cynthia Clark.

He is survived by: his mother Martha Ann Smith Black; his wife Teresa Davison Black; his children, Fallon, Adam Collins, Jacob and Chyenne Black; his grandchildren, Ava, Hadly, Eli, Easton Collins and Cavender Black; his sister Reba (Mike Okesky); his granddaughter Clara Rose; his siblings, Evelyn Saint, Travis (Melanie Davison), Kenny Davison and Anita (Chris Rose); and his nieces and nephews, Adrian Black, Leah Dicus, Loren Bridges, Nathaniel Clark, Ryan Clark, Ashley Davis, Julie Guerin, Mary Ellen Hensley, Cynthia Davison, Liza Davison, Bailey Davison and Logan Davison.
