He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Meeks; and his parents, Edward Meeks and Estelle Meeks. He is survived by: his children, Angelia Lang (Henry) and Jerry Meeks, Sr.; and his brother Joe Meeks. He is also survived by 5 grandkids.
