He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Self; his children, Chris Self (Brandi), Scott Self (Chassity), John Earl Self and Lynn Pfitzner; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Self, Kailyn Self, Charliana Self, Christopher Self, Payton Byrd, John Emrys Huddleston, Graclynn Self, Addisyn Self, Savannah Self, Summer Butler, Kayla Sheffield, TJ Sheffield and Shawn Pierce. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
