We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2023, at the age of 66, Wayne Lewis Covington of Grand Bay, Alabama, born in Theodore, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stova Covington and Christine Covington; and his siblings, Wayde, Wendell, Wynn and Wanda.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Scarbrough Covington; his children, Tonya Marie Specht (Chris), Delwin Wayne Covington, Lisa Nicole Covington and Leah Christine Covington (Tara); and his grandchildren, Allison, Dakota, Masey, Chloe, Jayden, Patience and Paisley. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
