He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward Spicer, Sr. and Syble Eutaska Spicer; and his sister Eutaska Tew. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Nell Spicer; his sons, Robert "Robby" Spicer, III (Kim), Thomas "Tommy" Spicer and Timothy "Timmy" Spicer; his grandchildren, Thomas Spicer, II, Robyn Butler (Garrett), Matthew Spicer, Allyson Spicer (Ben Armitage), Jonathan Spicer, Brandon Spicer, Zak Brown, Kelsi Neese and Walter Neese; his great grandchildren, Sylvia Grace Butler and Sawyer Neese; and his brothers, Howard Spicer (Diane) and Jimmy Spicer (Claudette). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and friends.
