It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Ray Brooks of Grand Bay, Alabama, born in Bay Minette, Alabama, who passed away on July 25, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Eugene Brooks; his sister Deborah Sue Brooks; and his grandparents, Luther, Daphne Brooks, Quitman and Bess Rolin.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Brooks of Grand Bay, Alabama; his children, Heather Gonzales (Roy) of Odessa, Shauna Haight of Grand Bay, Alabama, Alecia Roberts of Grand Bay, Alabama and Ryan Smith of Grand Bay, Alabama; his mother Lillie "Flree" Brooks; and his brothers, Danny Brooks (Kathy) and Elton Brooks (Tracy). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
