She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Clinton and Ruby Clinton; her husband Jack Elkins; and her sister Betty. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family is grateful for her caregivers at White Oak Manor who cared for her when we could not visit because of Covid-19.
