He is survived by: his sons, Shane Hayes (Jennifer), Jeremy Hayes and Derek Hayes (Britanie); his stepchildren, Darla Dean (Christopher), Roland Ellis (Candace) and Josh Ellis (Shanna); his father Fletcher Hayes (Leah); his sister Mavis Hayes; and his grandchildren, Christian Hayes, Tanner Hayes, Taylor Hayes, Wyatt Hayes, Brandon Hayes, Lane Hayes, Claira Hayes, Evrett Hayes, Dustin Roberson, Ethan Roberson and Lauren Miles. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
