She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Payne and Mary Lou Payne; her husband Edward Graham Hall Jr.; and her siblings, Dale Alexander, Nita Richards, Bula Ann Glenn, Henry Payne and Frank Payne.

She is survived by: her son Edward Graham Hall III (Mary); and her granddaughters, Jamie Carter (Joseph) and Jessica Dabbs (Joshua). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
