He is survived by: his wife Linda Haag (Simpson); his children, Bryan Haag (Laurie) of Sellersburg and Kelly Frank (Pete) of Marion; his stepdaughter Jennifer Phillips-Lewis (Bill) of Graham, Alabama; his siblings, Michael Haag of Stockton, California and Patty Shuler (Steve) of Columbus; his niece Katy Lucas of Columbus; and his nephew Stephen Lucas (Danielle) of Bloomington.
