He is survived by: his parents, Earl Howard and Laura Jane Howard; his wife Evelyn; his children, Leslie Howard, Jr. (Connie), Cathy Moon, Gail Brown (Russell), Cindy Kiser and Susan Raney (Larry); his brother Richard Howard; his grandchildren, Ashely Howard, Donald Brown (Stephanie), Robert Brown Grady Glover (Rachel), Grant Moon (Megan), Dusty Glover, Amanda Moon (Bo), Alana Pace (Bryan) and Samantha Raney; his nieces, Susan Novotony, Laura Bennett, Martha White (Punky), Mallory Lucier and Jessica Lucier; and his nephew Ron Howard.
