She is survived by: her husband Charles Powell; her children, Anica Powell and Marek Powell; her stepdaughter Sabrina Vaughn; her granddaughters, Kaylen Fuller and Marianna Powell; her stepsons, Tay Fuller and Kelden Shipmon; her siblings, Gwendolyn Spencer (Leyon), Brenda Anderson (Leon), Lem McGhee Jr. (Alice), Lemar McGhee (Julie) and Rickey McGhee (Alfredia); her uncles, Leon Freemon (Dorothy) and Fred Johnson; her aunt Flora Freemon; and her sisters-in-law, Josie McGhee, Jacquelyn Alexander (Enoch), Joycelyn McKitt (Reginald), Janet Powell and Patricia Powell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
