He was predeceased by: his wife Willie Jo Blackwell; and his parents, George Marin Scrushy and Margaret Maude Mansel. He is survived by: his children, George Scrushy (Quinette), Debra Hawk (Richard), Jackie Lau (Chad), Shelia Strickland (Bruce) and Jack Scrushy Jr. (Crystal); his siblings, George Edwin Scrushy and Margaret Scrushy Ford; and his grandson Pallbearers. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, numberous Great-Grandchildren.
