She is survived by: her husband Jeff Hale; her daughters, Kayla Houlton (Trey) and Kristin Ward (Chris); her grandchildren, Noah Houlton, Reese Ward, Hudson Ward, Emma Grace Ward and Baby Houlton; her sister Jennifer Smith (Billy); her mother Carola Jeter; and her nephew Todd Smith.
