He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Williamson and Lucy McLeod Williamson; his siblings, Kate Grayson and Terrel Williamson; and his brothers-in-law, Pearson Goode and Howard Grayson.

He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce Spear (Cecil) and Judy Goode; and his sister-in-law Linda Williamson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
