He is survived by: his children, Joe Howard Blair, Jr. (Indiana), Christopher Shawn Blair (Alabama), Timothy Curtis Blair (Georgia) and Felecia LaToya Blair (Alabama); his brothers, Jessie Blair (Loretta) of Troy, AL and Jimmy Blair of Tuscaloosa, AL.; his grandchildren, Christopher Blair, II, Aubree Blair, Shalihah Spann, Danita Spann, Allicia Heron, Timiya Blair, Sanaa Blair and Cortrell Mandosia II; his great grandchildren, Zariah Wingard, Ayden Boyd, Ikon Blair, Matteo Heron-Gonzales and Cyxx Stuckey; and his granddaughter Shalai A. Blair. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
