With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Waltman of Goshen, Alabama, born in Vancleave, Mississippi, who passed away on October 30, 2021 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Waltman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Veleta Waltman; his son-in-law Wyly Hill; and his parents, Silvester "Boss" Waltman and Amanda Olivia Bang Waltman. He is survived by: his children, Connie Mathews (Johnny), Rodney Waltman (Nancy), Valerie Hill and Aleta Light (Bill); his brother Lorenzo Waltman; and his brother-in-law Wiley Spivey. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren.
