She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eddie Culpepper and Mary Alice McVay Culpepper; and her siblings, Randall Culpepper and Alicia Bond. She is survived by: her husband Bill Atwell; her children, Lee Cooper (Hollie), Amber Furr and Lori Cooper; her stepchildren, Jody Atwell and Rebecca Powell; her grandchildren, Jason Walker, Kaydee Kelly, Serenity Cooper, Addie Warren, Charlee Cooper, Hallee Cooper, Gage Phelps, Karli Sasser and David Powell; her brother Michael Culpepper; and her close friends, Barbara Brooks-Dunn and Jackie Waters.
