He was predeceased by: his stepmother Rosa H. Smith; his aunt Rosie L. Smith; his son Timothy D. Smith; and his brother Randy L. Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Annie C. Smith; his children, Cheryl Foster (Jimmy), Eugene Adair (Stacey), Nerita Hinkle (Eric) and Latricia Williams (Bryan); his grandchildren, Diamond Cottrell, Nakia Adair, Romaro Head, DaQuan Foster, Iyan Hinkle and Kentrall Head; his great grandchild Alakaye Alford; and his aunts, Sara Lockridge and Betty Tucker.
