He is survived by: his brother Westley Spivey; his aunts, Chanda Callaway and Donna Callaway; his cousins, Kallie, Jerrett Callaway, Terri Troncale (Joe) and Brad Callaway (Syd); and his great-uncles, Scotty Beck and A. L. Beck (Marilyn). He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
