He is survived by: his parents, Nathan Glaze and Amanda Stephens; his siblings, Laikynn Glaze and Dayton Glaze; and his grandparents, Darlene Eichelberger (James), Jason Davis, Steve and Rhonda Stephens. He is also survived by uncle, several aunts and a number of cousins.
