He was predeceased by: his parents, James Berton Cunningham and Jean Phelps Cunningham. He is survived by: his sons, Shad Cunningham (Tiffany) and Zachary Ridgeway (Bernadette); his siblings, Randall Cunningham and Kitty Tilley; his grandchildren, Brantley, Brighton, Fisher, Finn and Koa Ridgeway; and his aunt Sarah Katis (Debra Harcrow).
