He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blakney and Bertha Crowell Blakney. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Blakney; his sons, William Edwards (Wanda), Nick Blakney (Labrisca) and David Blakney (Coley); his siblings, Richard Blakney, Patricia Richardson and Becky Channell (Paul); his grandchildren, Ashley Rammell (Carl), Nicholas Blakney, Annsley Blakney, Leslie Blakney, Emma Blakney, Marlee Blakney and Jude Blakney; and his great grandchildren, C. J., Jax and Linc Rammell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
