He was predeceased by: his former wife Brenda Parker; his daughter Miranda Dell Parker; his siblings, Billy Ray Livingston, Willard Eugene Livingston and Vera Mae McCool; his granddaughter Cassidy Lea Tierce; and his parents, Raymond Aubra Parker and Monica Eucylle Carroll Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Parker; his children, Kristy Bailey, Shannon Driver, Sean Tierce (Taylor), Brad Flowers (Lucy) and Rustin Flowers; his siblings, Dee Parker and Jewel Moss; his grandchildren, Tyler Bailey, Trace Parker (Kalyn), Cole Driver, John Parker Driver, Cade Tierce (Makaelynn), Kylie Flowers, Jackson Flowers and Lillian Kate Flowers; and his great grandchild Oaklynn Tierce.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Zion Primitive Baptist Church (9487 Co Rd 49, Gordo, AL 35466).
