He is survived by: his wife Margaret Elaine Matyjasik; his sons, Christopher Douglas Matyjasik of Browns Mills, N. J., Zachary Ryan Matyjasik of Albuquerque, NM and Cameron Alexander Matyjasik of Gordo, AL; his mother-in-law Patricia Elaine Austin; his sisters, Debbie Jepson of New Jersey and Karen Ayers of New Jersey; and his sister-in-law Teresa Austin of Columbus, MS..
