She was predeceased by: her son William Lewis III; and her parents, Doctor Albert Thomas Kirk and Mattie Bailey Kirk (Bill Guy). She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa, Tia, Dawn and Tina. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
