She was predeceased by: her brothers, Donald Dean Brown, Winfred Brown, Wilford Brown and William Brown; and her parents, Henry Dotson Brown and Mary Richardson Brown.
She is survived by: her husband James O. Elmore of Gordo; her children, James Dewey Elmore (Wendy) of Gordo, Melissa Elmore Dove (Stan) of Camden and Danny O'Neal Elmore of Gordo; her sister Willa Dean Smith (Charles) of Northport; her grandchildren, Cherry Dove O'Neal, Alex Dove (Frances) of Fairhope, Nick Tilley and Mary Tilley of Northport; and her friends, Gypsy Strickland, Bobbie Jean Sanderson and Connie McMahon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
