She was predeceased by: her husband Sammy Cobb; and her parents, Dee Duckworth and Mary Kate Mitchell Duckworth. She is survived by: her siblings, Martha Noell of Montgomery, AL and Eddie Duckworth (Liz) of Columbia, TN; and her siblings-in-law, Benny Cobb, Glenda Rhee Usher and Sylvia Cobb. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to New Salem Baptist Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 1378, Reform, AL 35481.
