She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Corbitt Mills and Bessie Lee Hardy Mills; her husbands, OJ Pugh and Samuel Gene Andreasen; her sisters, Joy Mills and Jo Gann; her nieces, Annette Jones and Patsy Reece; her great-nephew Adam Jones; and also Joanna Joy Rush.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Pugh Duffy (Danny); her grandchildren, Derek Duffy (Tina) and Staci Wilson (Marty); her great grandchildren, Caden Duffy, Brock Duffy, Jackson Wilson, Addison Belle Wilson, Crawford Wilson, Brooke Sullivan (Alex), Brianna Lang and Jesse Lang; her great great grandchildren, Grayson Sullivan and Maverick Sullivan; and her nieces and nephews, Brenda Beasley, Nita Mullenix, Lindy Wade, Charles Gann, Danny Gann, Richard Crawford, Kevin Crawford and Frankie Stewart.
