He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Hall Fair; his parents, Benjamin Fair and Maude Fair; and his siblings, Jewel Rozek, Buck Fair, Travis Fair, Ward Fair, Fred Fair, Charlie Fair, Cole Fair, Naaman Fair, Ralph Fair, Horace Fair, Buhl Findley, Doris Tippins, Dee Boose, Bennie Francis, Ruby Dunham, Ruth Shirley, Floy Sexton and Earlene Willoz.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Fair (Janice) of Simpsonville, SC, Ken Fair (Cheryl) of Petal, MS and Jackie Howell (Richard) of Gordo, AL; his grandchildren, Jennifer Fair of Simpsonville, SC, Bryan Fair (Catherine) of Deatsville, AL, Kevin Fair of Dothan, AL, Ben Howell (Kristen) of Hoover, AL and Sara Howell of Northport, AL; his great grandchildren, Emma and Jane Howell; his nieces, Debbie Elmore and Kay Perkins; and his caregivers, Carol Fife, Wanda Butler and Diane Akin.
