He is survived by: his wife Eulene Galbreath; his children, Dedra Rushing (Randy) and Derrell Galbreath (Debra); his stepbrother Ricky Gene Gattis; his grandchildren, Shane Galbreath (Amber), Nikki Galbreath, Danielle Sandlin (Travis), Ashton Rushing (Chad) and Nick Shelton; his great grandchildren, Bradley Jackson, Ashlynn, Alanna McElroy, Trenton, Trevor Hudson, Blake and Riley Shelton; and his great great grandchildren, Haven and Aria Jackson.
