She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond D. Shirley; her daughter Teressa Joy Kelley; her grandson Steve Kelley; her siblings, Margaret Booth and John Henry Harless III; and her parents, John Henry Harless, Jr. and Minnie O. Ballard Harless.
She is survived by: her children, Candace Oglesby (Jimmy) of Gordo and Scott Shirley of Gordo; her son-in-law Danny Joe Kelley (Cathy) of Gordo; and her brother Kennie Harless (Patsy) of Tuscaloosa. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Center Springs Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Hospice of West Alabama, 3851 Loop Road, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404.
