She was predeceased by: her sisters, Nancy Jo Pate Lang and Patricia Pate Elliott; her nephew Allen Lang; and her parents, Rev. John Searcy Pate and Elizabeth Smalley.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Hamilton and Andrew Hamilton (Morgan Loggins); her sister Loretta Sullivan; and her nieces and nephews, Tonya Lewis, Amy Brown, Lee Garrett (Michelle), John Elliott (Amy) and Alisia Lang. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Flatwoods Baptist Church (778 Flatwoods Rd, Gordo, AL 35466).
