She was predeceased by: her husband Jim O'Neal; her siblings, Eddie West, Eudel West, Carl Ray West and Edith Isom; her granddaughter Tiffany Martin-Trevino; and her parents, William Malden West and Anne Brandenburg West.
She is survived by: her children, Doris Dyer (Jerry) of Gordo, AL, J'Laine Bennett (David) of Lake Placid, FL, George William O'Neal of New York and Michael O'Neal (Michelle) of McCalla, AL; her sister Doris Rochner of Redfield, AR; her grandchildren, Jason Nicholas (Kelly), Meg McCrackin (Jarrod), Elizabeth McDonald (Joshua), Hanna Bennett, Tia Bennett, Corey O'Neal (Chelssie), Preston O'Neal (Courtney), Hollie Michele, Austin O'Neal, Lucas O'Neal and Nicole Cathcart; her great grandchildren, Ryne Nicholas, Chloe Nicholas, Liam Nicholas, Finnegan Nicholas, Jemma McCrackin, Maddox McCrackin, Chance Underwood, Sophie O'Neal, Sadie O'Neal, Mary O'Neal and Emily O'Neal; and her caregiver Hunter Reynolds. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
