She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Powell; her daughter Cynthia Lynn Powell; her sisters, Claudine Latham (George) and Karen Estes; her parents, Claude Estes and Mamozell Parker Estes; and also Debbie Driver.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Trull (Randolph) and Robin Edgeworth (Freddie); her grandchildren, Justin Trull (Kasey), Brent Edgeworth (Brittany) and Callen McHenry (Garrett); and her great grandchildren, Kacen McHenry, Eli Trull, Mary Powell Trull, Hadley Rae McHenry, Ann Parie Trull, Brentley Kate McHenry, Patricia Howard, Kristy Parker, Alice Parker, Mildred Skelton, Elsie Richardson, Malia Lowe, Umeki "Toto" Stewart, Annie Stewart and Sidney Simmons.
