He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Harless Junkin; his son Samuel Dwayne Junkin; and his brothers, Clint Elvin Junkin and Lummie Mathis Junkin. He is survived by: his children, Judy Cummins (Bo), Jane Burkhalter, Suzette Smalley (Don) and Cecil Junkin (Lisa); his siblings, Valeria Davis, Eaphon Boyd Junkin (Flora Jean), Raymond Junkin (Martha) and Joe Junkin (Billie); his grandchildren, Jon Cummins (Amy), Jana Fulgham (David), Jamie Cummins (Brandi), Jay Burkhalter (Shelly), Caleb Leach (Lauren) and Hunter Junkin (Krystal); and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Fulgham, Nicholas Cummins, Nathan Fulgham, Garrett Cummins, Carter Cummins, Brady Cummins, Chloe Cummins, Coleman Burkhalter, Sawyer Junkin, Noah Leach and Slate Junkin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
