It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Evans of Gordo, Alabama, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry W. Evans, Sr.; her sister Brenda L. Hendrix; her sons-in-law, Kirk Bailey and Bobby Jones; her brother-in-law Bobby Ray Evans; and her parents, Robert A. Latham and Willodean Homan Latham.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy E. Babb (Mark), Terry E. Bailey (Barry Ambrose) and J. J. Evans (Denna Skelton); her sister Joyce Hamilton (Bill); her brother-in-law Darrell; her grandchildren, Kayla Bailey Clayton (Seth), Justin Babb (Amanda), Heather Babb Shelton (Nate), Brooke Babb Estes (Brett) and Gage Evans; her great grandchildren, Trevor Shelton, Anna-Kolsyn Clayton and Caroline McClain Clayton; and her nephew Wayne E. Hendrix.
