He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew "Mack" and Annie Ruth Mordecai Patrick; and his brothers, Jay Lee, Billy Paul, Charles and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Zoe Patrick (Fair) of Gordo; his daughter Cindy Patrick Shelton (Brian); his grandchildren, Kati Shelton and Cole Shelton of Gordo, AL; his siblings, Mike Patrick (Eva) of Millport, AL and Barbara Clarke of Northport, AL; and his pet Heidi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
