He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita S. Yearby; his parents, Homer Yearby and Nona Yearby; and his siblings, Avis Duren, Opalene Smith, Mildred Snider, Mable Turner, Grace Yearby and Everette Yearby.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Brenda J. Odom (Dickie) and Tex Johnson (Melony). He is also survived by three grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
