She was predeceased by: her husband Millard S. "Mickey" Simpson; and her parents, Harvey Gice Bridges, Sr. and Estelle Clarice Lowe Bridges. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Gray (Mike), Christy Passmore, Michael Simpson (Vivian) and Richard Simpson; her grandchildren, Matthew Simpson and Hillary Simpson Schwartz (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Hailey Schwartz, Emilia Jo Schwartz, Charli Rose Schwartz, Logan Pierce and Luke Pierce.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hargrove Methodist Church (3538 Co Rd 57, Gordo, AL 35466). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
