She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Ira Burton, Sr. and Sadie Mae Mims Burton; her husband Rev. Aubrey Brown; her son Virgil Bryan Brown; and her siblings, Sarah Maddox, Billy Jack, Archie Jr. and Sammy Burton.
She is survived by: her sons, Timmy Gene Brown (Sharon) of Sylacauga and Rodney Lang Brown (Michelle) of Hollins; her siblings, Crocket White (Skeet) of Snellville, GA, Alice Harrison (Bill) of Ringold, GA, Jud Burton (Lynn) of Stone Mountain, GA and Mack Burton (Patsy) of Maryland; and her grandchildren, Christopher Brown (Ursula), Stephanie Reeves Brittany Watson (Brent), Bryan Brown (Maranda), Baxter Brown (Hannah), Bradley Brown (Gracie) and Sharon Pike. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and a large extended family.
