It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Bryan Shivers of Goodwater, Alabama, born in Alexander City, Alabama, who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Yancy Shivers and Virginia Sasser Shivers. He is survived by: his wife Judy Gail Shivers; his children, Dawn Shivers Lane (Michael), April Brazzell Milam (Brad), John T. Haynes (Cindy) and Jeffery Curtis Haynes; his grandchildren, Meridith Lane, Preston Lane, Taylor Peters (Ryan Jones), Savannah Brazzell, Mackenzie Brazzell, Raleigh Brazzell, Aura Haynes, Maddox Haynes and Draven Haynes; his great grandchild Mason Jones; his sister Sherry Parrett; and his niece Brandy Melton (Robin).
