He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Carl Canfield, Sr. and Betty Bolyn Canfield. He is survived by: his wife Nancy C. Canfield of Goodwater; his daughter Lisa Donalson (K. D.) of Prattville; his granddaughter Katie Skinner of Helena; his sister Dorothy Lindsey (James) of Springfield, Ohio; and his nieces, Jennifer Butler and Elizabeth Dawson. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew, and numerous extended family members and friends.
Flowers will be accepted, however the family prefers that memorial contributions be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at JDRF.org.
