He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur T. Smith and Gertrude Sewell Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Smith Jones (Randall) of Goodwater and Sheila Smith Duffee of Kellyton; his grandchildren, Steven Jones, Joshua Jones, Stephanie Jones, Amanda Jones Mask (Jason), Michael S. Duffee, Jennifer Ann Griffin (Joshua) and Jacob R. Duffee (Brenna); and his siblings, Melvin T. Smith (Mary), Gerald H. Smith (Betty), Richard Smith (Teresa) and Reba Frances Orr. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
