He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie E. Mann and Athol Gilbert Mann; and his brothers, Joe Glen Mann and Billy Wayne Mann. He is survived by: his wife Pat Mizzell Mann; his children, Brian Gregory Mann (Kelly) and Tara M. Mann (Kris Josephson); his grandchildren, Ian T. Josephson, Isaac C. Josephson, Isabella "Bella" Mann, Brian "Deuce" Mann II and Bobby Gene Mann, Jr.; and his brother Ricky Mann (Emily).

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Goodwater Baptist Church (160 S Main St, Goodwater, AL 35072). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at the Greenview Cemetery (70642 Ashland St, Goodwater, AL 35072).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Goodwater Baptist Church or the Wounded Warriors in Bobby's memory.
