He is survived by: his daughter Gay Allen (Bobby); his grandchildren, Lloyd Allen (Angela) and Amy Allen; his great grandchild Ava Allen; his brother Nelson Womack (Veda); and his sister-in-law Betty Womack. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests making a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
