She is survived by: her husband Virgil Boutwell; her children, Linda Greer (Donnie), Carlos "Buddy" Dean (Grace), Will Dean, Cathy Canant (Robert) and Michael Dean (Helen); her grandchildren, Tony Greer (Vickie), Kevin Dean (Katie), Hope McGowin (Lee), Laken Dean, Hillary Hermeling (Blake), Trinia Riddle, Chessie Canant, Dusty Dean (Whitney), Michelle Wunsh (Rick) and Faith Dean; and her sister Cassie Harwell. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
